In this project, we collaborated closely with the business owner to construct an intimate wine bar and lounge. Despite the need for a complete demolition of the existing interior, we encountered challenges in adapting the space to comply with updated accessibility and food service requirements. Through extensive collaboration and the expertise of a top-notch MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) firm under our architectural arm, we successfully obtained building permits and opened the business in a timely manner.
